Kerry Washington has opened up about her post-baby body and why she doesn’t want to go “back” to the body she had before giving birth. The 38-year-old, who is renowned for staying notoriously quiet about her personal life, spoke candidly in a recent interview, admitting that she preferred to embrace her changing body. The actress, who currently plays Olivia Pope in hit TV drama Scandal, revealed that there is one particular exercise she favours when it comes to pushing herself both physically and mentally.

  • However, that’s not to say that Kerry doesn’t follow a fitness regime.
  • Washington added that when her manager commented that she was “back” to her pre-pregnancy size, it kickstarted a conversation about moving forward in life.
  • It’s all about that before-sunrise call time.
